I pucrhased the 3Ghz iMac and absolutley love it. This is my third Mac
The installation was simple and quick as ever. The hardest part was unboxing it is because of size. I am amazed at the ease with which he turns on its base. Really only need one finger to get the widescreen 24-inch pivot.
Glossy screen was not a problem for me. I do not even notice, even with ambient lighting. It may have something to do with my office, if, as the iMac sits on a shelf.
4 GB of RAM is great. Coupled with the 3GHz dual-core processor, and Photoshop CS3 will open in about two seconds. The difference is very clear on my MacBook Pro (2GHz, 2GB Ram, 2006). It 'good that the memory can be expanded to 8 GB, although this is pretty expensive right now.
